LAS VEGAS, Nev. (FOX5) - UNLV men’s soccer sophomore Hugo Lemos was named the WAC Goalkeeper of the Week for the second time this season, the conference announced Tuesday.

This marks his fourth career weekly award and the third by a Rebel this season .A native from A Coruna, Spain, Lemos helped guide the Rebels to both his and their third straight shutout as they went 1-0-1.

He made four saves in a 2-0 win over UTRGV and followed that up with three stops in a scoreless draw against Grand Canyon.

The latest clean sheet by Lemos marked his fifth of the season, while the Scarlet & Gray improved their unbeaten streak to five matches.

UP NEXT: UNLV will take to the road for its final three contests of the regular season, starting with Thursday’s 6 p.m. PT/7 p.m. MT match at Utah Valley.
