Vince Sapienza joined the FOX5 family in July of 2016, telling stories and covering every major sporting event in this city including Super Bowl LVIII, F1 Las Vegas Grand Prix, the Golden Knights Stanley Cup season, the Raiders relocation and construction of Allegiant Stadium, along with the Las Vegas Aces back-to-back championship seasons.
Vince hosts a sports show every weekend, FOX5 Sports+, as well as Hockey in the Desert Weekly, a show dedicated to all things hockey in southern Nevada, that airs on FOX5 and the Silver State Sports & Entertainment Network.
Vince is a six-time Emmy Award winner, as well as an Edward R. Murrow regional Award winner.
A graduate of Chapman University in Orange, California, Vince stated his broadcasting career in 2011, working in San Angelo, TX and Tri-Cities, WA where he was named "People's Choice for Best Sportscaster" in back-to-back years while also earning recognition for his work by the Society of Professional Journalists.
Vince and his wife, Briana, have two children, Jaxson and Rylee who also find their way on camera during the holidays.
