Warm December Weather Continues
Late December is typically the coldest time of the year in Las Vegas with an average high temperature of 56° in Las Vegas. We’ll stay 10° above that with dry conditions across Southern Nevada through the weekend.
We’ll start with morning low temperatures in the 40s on Friday with mostly sunny skies throughout the day in Las Vegas. The forecast high in the afternoon tops out at 68°.
The wind will stay light through the weekend with partly to mostly sunny skies. High temperatures hold in the mid to upper 60s.
The First Alert is out for Christmas Eve and Christmas Day next week. A storm system passing by to our north will be close enough to bring shower chances back later Tuesday into early Wednesday morning. Wind gusts in the 20-30 mph range are also in the forecast. At this point any rain is looking light and scattered.
