LAS VEGAS, Nev. (FOX5) -Lot of sunshine but also some clouds for Las Vegas on Sunday.

Those clouds are compliments of a low sitting off the coast of California.

That low’s only impact beyond the clouds is to prevent temperatures from from getting even warmer from our forecast high of 65.

Conditions will remain dry and warm for at least the next 10 days as this area of high pressure builds.

This weather pattern is known as a Rex Block.

This blocking pattern usually occurs in the spring and not in late fall.

The high pressure will allow for daytime temperatures to climb into the mid-60′s for part of the seven day forecast.

There is no rain in sight for at least the next 10 days.
