First Alert is Up for Friday
Expect a near perfect day Thursday with clear skies and temperatures in the mid-upper 60s. Looking further down the calendar though, we are alerting you first of weather changes arriving later this week.
We stay dry through Thursday with high temperatures holding in the mid-to-upper 60s. The normal high this time of year is 68°. Wind speeds will remain mostly calm, until the next round of gusty wind picks up Friday as a colder system moves into Southern Nevada. This will also bring a few scattered showers around Southern Nevada on Friday and Saturday. Colder air associated with the system will bring temperatures down into the 50s on Saturday.
Sunday stays sunny and cool with a forecast high of 60° in Las Vegas. Another slight shower chance arrives on Monday with the breeze picking up early next week.
