Las Vegas Aviators win 4th straight game

LAS VEGAS, Nev. (FOX5) - The Las Vegas Aviators defeated the Round Rock Express, 4-3, in game four of the six-game series before a crowd of 7,057 at Las Vegas Ballpark.
Las Vegas, winners of four straight games, improved to 31-29 in the second half and 68-67 overall. Round Rock dropped to 27-33 and 64-70.
The Aviators, trailing 3-2, rallied for two runs in the seventh inning on a two-out, two-run RBI single by center fielder Cooper Bowman (2-for-3). Catcher Carlos Perez was 1-for-3, double, walk, run scored.
Las Vegas left-hander Kyle Muller pitched 7.0 solid innings to record the victory. He allowed 5 hits, 3 runs, walked 1 and struck out 6 on 89 pitches (65 strikes).
Round Rock right-hander Kumar Rocker pitched 5.0 innings in the no decision. He allowed 3 hits, 2 runs, walked 1 and struck out 8 on 65 pitches (50 strikes).
Express center fielder Dustin Harris was 2-for-4, double, solo home run.
Game five of the six-game homestand is Saturday at 7:05 p.m. on Hispanic Heritage Night/Reyes de Plata Cap Night, to the first 2,000 fans through the gates.
Texas Rangers right-hander Max Scherzer is scheduled to make a ML rehab start for Round Rock.
