LAS VEGAS, Nev. (FOX5) - The Las Vegas Aviators defeated the Salt Lake Bees, 3-2, in game three of the six-game series before a crowd of 5,997 at Las Vegas Ballpark.

Las Vegas improved to 34-32 and Salt Lake dropped to 26-39. The Aviators lead the series, 2-games-to-1.

Aviators second baseman Jordan Diaz (2-for-4, HR-solo in the 4th-, 2 RBI) delivered a walk-off RBI single to left field with none out to score first baseman Ryan Noda (1-for-4) from second base.

Las Vegas right fielder Tyler Nevin was 2-for-4, double, RBI.

Aviators right-hander Robert Dugger pitched 4.2 innings in the no decision. He allowed 5 hits, 2 runs (1 earned), walked 1 and struck out 5 on 91 pitches (54 strikes).

Salt Lake left-hander Reid Detmers pitched 6.0 solid innings in the no decision. He allowed 4 hits, 2 runs, walked 3 and struck out 7 on 92 pitches (59 strikes).

Bees designated hitter Brandon Drury (ML rehab) was 2-for-3, walk.

Game four of the six-game homestand is Friday at 7:05 p.m. A post-game FIREWORKS show is scheduled.
