Metro uses low-lethal tactic to get suspect

LAS VEGAS, Nev. (FOX5) - LVMPD makes an arrest using a non-lethal weapon beanbag gun on Thursday.
Metro says a person was taken into custody at the Sinclair gas station at Peak Drive and Rainbow Boulevard at 8:41 p.m.
Police did not give details on the type of incident and charges the suspect is facing.
