Grand jury indicts man accused of stabbing 8 people on Las Vegas Strip

LAS VEGAS, Nev. (FOX5) - The man who is accused of stabbing multiple people on the strip two years ago has been indicted by a grand jury.
Yoni Barrios is charged with act of terrorism, murder with a deadly weapon and battery with a deadly weapon.
Barrios was deemed fit for trial this week.
He has spent the last two years in a hospital.
Barrios is set to appear in court on Jan. 2.
