LAS VEGAS, Nev. (FOX5) - The man who locked children inside dog cages has been deemed competent to stand trial.

In July a judge ruled Travis Doss could not stand trial.

In Nov. a judge ordered another competency hearing which led doctors to tell the judge Travis Doss will stand trial.

Doss is set to appear in court for another competency hearing on Dec. 19.
