LAS VEGAS, Nev. (FOX5) -It’s been more than a month since a Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Officer Alexander Bookman shot and killed Brandon Durham in his own home while he wrestled with an intruder.

Now the grand jury transcript against the accused intruder, Alejandra Boudreaux, reveals what detectives discovered at the scene.

Las Vegas police released body-camera footage of officers visiting Brandon Durham the night before a home invasion and fatal police shooting.

One detective said investigators found pills, hypodermic needles and an unidentified crystal-like substance in Durham’s couch. He also said Durham’s pre-toxicology results revealed he had meth in his system.

Boudreaux’s indictment was announced Friday. Boudreaux is set to be arraigned in Clark County District Court on Wednesday
