LAS VEGAS, Nev. (FOX5) - The Nevada Secretary of State released a statement to address a “ballot proofing error” in Esmeralda County.

County Clerk officials confirmed that as of Nov. 6, there are 70 registered voters in Precinct 2. Of those 70 registered voters, 45 ballots were received for the 2024 General Election.

State officials are aware of this ballot error.
