Las Vegas Raiders expected to plea not guilty for DUI case

Las Vegas Raiders defensive end Charles Snowden was arrested for driving under the influence Tuesday, according to court records.

LAS VEGAS, Nev. (FOX5) - Las Vegas Raiders defensive end Charles Snowden was arrested for driving under the influence Tuesday, according to court records.

Justice Court records indicate Snowden was arrested for a misdemeanor and scheduled to appear in court on Tuesday.

Snowden is scheduled to appear in court in April 2025 for a status check.

Thursday morning, the Raiders issued the following statement:

Later in the evening, FOX5 received a statement from Snowden’s defense attorney.

“Mr. Snowden will be entering a not guilty plea and we will respond in court, which is the appropriate forum.” said David Chesnoff and Richard Schonfeld.
